To Serve as a local organization of ATV recreationalists interested in creating, restoring, maintaining,  and perpetuating a system of trails and recreational opportunities on public lands in Montana; and to cooperate with the private land owners in obtaining their permissions for appropriate recreational use of ATVs on private property in the state.

To promote and protect the rights of the Montana residents and non-resident recreationalists whose use of ATVs in both natural and developed off-road environments provides them personal, aesthetic, spiritual, scientific, and economic ppportunities in their lives

To provide a means and medium of informational exchange whereby people with like interests in responsible use of ATVs can coordinate their efforts to operate these ATVs in keeping with their right to enjoy, share, protect, perserve, and enhance their own relationship with nature, while protecting and promoting the various renewable values of natural resources and the physical environment in general.
